Our G-Fit Program is ideal for practically anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape, lose fat or steady their weight. On our staff, we have Shawn Goins, a certified fitness instructor, and Susan Wade, a Certified Personal Trainer and absolute health nut. WHY TEAM AND COMMUNITY BASED EXERCISE?
We subscribe to the concept of a positive and fun team environment. Sure, anyone can have a fantastic workout by themselves. But without a team to back you up, cheer you on and keep an eye out for your safety, you’re at a disadvantage. We tend to not give a 100% when others aren’t there to give us motivation. It also helps to have someone there to correct your form. We’re convinced that our team based atmosphere is the way to go. We see it work every day.
CAN I WORKOUT WHILE MY CHILD OR FRIEND IS HAVING CLASS NEXT DOOR?
Absolutely, it is! A large portion of our G-Fit students are parents of students that take class next door at the same time. It’s a very convenient time for them to exercise guilt free at a suitable time.
WHAT IF I’M TOO OUT OF SHAPE TO WORK OUT?
Well, that’s kind of the point, isn’t it? Everyone always says, “yeah, I’ll start exercising when I lose a few pounds”. That’s so counterproductive and dare I say crazy! Seriously, don’t hesitate in your health endeavors. Even if it isn’t at our facility, get started a.s.a.p.! However, please consult your doctor before starting any training program or diet.
